Find ways to bounce back from adversity.

  • When faced with difficult times, human beings always manage to find the capacity to bounce back. Somehow, at the bottom of the tank, there is still a bit of fuel left. We can encourage ourselves by remembering that this is just a phase (like the moon) and that things will eventually change, because they always do. Life always has ups and downs.

  • We should try to become our best friend rather than our worst enemy, and learn to be kind to ourselves.

  • Write a letter to yourself, to thank yourself for coming this far and remind you that you got this! Yes, times will be challenging again, but you got this!

  • Do not compare yourself to others, and remember that everyone’s journey is different. It does not matter how long it takes.

  • Think of your energy like a phone battery — charge your batteries!
