Direction
Work towards goals that have meaning to you and are not driven by external factors.
-
Most plants position themselves towards the sun, that way their shadow is always behind them. Find your direction, do your little own thing, try not to let anything burden you — be the snowdrop!
-
We are made to believe that we always have to strive higher, but being grounded is also good. Reaching rock bottom is also good, because…the only way from there is up! Find what works for you.
-
Try to create some goals, both short-term and long-term. Start small, break a task into smaller steps and tackle them one at a time.
-
Ask yourself: what will achieving a given goal mean to you? Then, reward yourself once you have completed it. And if it failed, take that as an opportunity to learn and grow and try again. We only regret the things we don’t do!
