  • Try to do things that make you feel like you are not alone in the difficulty you are facing.

  • Support group meetings are a great way of being around other people that understand what you are going through.

  • If you have a passion, join a group that focuses on that such as an art class, exercise class, or local volunteering. The moment you join, you already have something in common with the other people there.

  • Set up an empowering desktop or phone background that reminds you of how amazing you are each time you look at the screen.
